Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website or engaging the services of Ashford VIP Services ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Ashford VIP Services provides professional commercial cleaning and facility maintenance services for corporate offices, executive suites, and related business environments. The specific scope, schedule, and pricing of services for each client will be established in a separate written service agreement.

2. Service Agreements & Scheduling

All cleaning services are initiated following a personalized consultation and the execution of a written service agreement. Scheduling is arranged directly with our team. We request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed appointment.

Repeated cancellations without reasonable notice may result in a cancellation fee or termination of the service agreement, at our discretion.

3. Access to Premises

The client is responsible for providing Ashford VIP Services personnel with safe and unobstructed access to the premises at the agreed-upon service times. Any access arrangements (key codes, key cards, security protocols) must be communicated to us in advance and handled with mutual discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. Invoices are generally issued following the completion of services. Accounts that are past due by more than 30 days may be subject to a late payment fee and/or suspension of service. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best possible service, clients agree to:

  • Secure or remove any sensitive documents, valuables, or fragile items before scheduled cleanings.
  • Inform us of any areas that are off-limits or require special handling procedures.
  • Provide a safe working environment, free from known hazards, for our staff.
  • Notify us of any specific cleaning product preferences or allergies relevant to the workspace.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Re-Service

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the concern at no additional charge. Claims made after 24 hours may not be eligible for re-service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Ashford VIP Services carries general liability insurance and takes great care with your property. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our personnel during service, please notify us immediately. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the amount covered by our insurance policy.

We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, damage resulting from improperly secured items, indirect damages, or lost business revenue.

8. Confidentiality

We understand that our staff operates within sensitive corporate environments. All Ashford VIP Services personnel are required to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any information observed on client premises. We do not discuss, photograph, or disclose any client-specific information to third parties.

9. Termination of Service

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract, typically 30 days. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately without notice in cases of unsafe working conditions, non-payment, or breach of these Terms.

10. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or reproduce any content without written permission. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of New Mexico.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
